Maryland Family Court

We received the information below about a case in Maryland – with a petition to sign – from one of our readers.

After reviewing the available information in this case, one might ask, “When our courts fail to protect our children from abuse, what options do good people have?”

Mothers and children have “gone underground” risking their lives on the run in order to save their children’s lives. Going “underground” to save your child’s life is illegal.

In the following case, a different approach – also breaking the law – was  apparently attempted in an effort to protect children from sexual abuse.

Those who protect children from sexual abuse are called heros and rewarded for their efforts.

What about when laws are broken in the process of protecting children, are they still heros?

What about Todd Beamer? He was on United Airlines Flight 93. While seated as a passenger on that plane, he learned that the World Trade Center had been attacked with hijacked planes. Some of the passengers on his flight were planning to attack the hijackers. Among Beamer’s last words were the now famous words, “Let’s roll.”

We’re not supposed to attack people. We’re not supposed to encourage others to attack people, and  Todd Beamer was a hero. It appears that Elsa Newman and Margery Lemb Landry are heroes too.

Please link this and forward it everywhere.

The woman is innocent. She needs to be out!

Elsa Newman is a heroine in my book….
Her only crime was trying to protect her two young sons from abuse. Elsa Newman was wrongly convicted first by the media which sabotaged her due-process before she ever walked into a courtroom and then by an aggressive prosecutor with an important political agenda, whose focus was to uphold the broken, biased social service system which Elsa criticized. … she was convicted and sentenced for a crime she did not commit, that indeed was committed, and confessed to by another. It is an injustice of epic proportions.
