How to Uncover A National Scandal

How to Uncover A National Scandal

 Dear friends,

Once the mainstream media investigates and reports this scandal the way that it should, court reform will come quickly, our children will be protected and many lives will be saved.

The following video might be difficult to watch. The subject matter might make some squirm. That’s the reason we’re still facing this issue now, in 2011.

Even though it’s too uncomfortable to think about, too overwhelming and too complicated, please help anyway. With the internet, all it takes is one click on a mousepad to help increase the general public’s awareness of this national scandal.

Tweet articles on Twitter, share comments on Facebook, send emails to your state and federal representatives.

If you have more than a few minutes to spare, please get in touch with the wonderful groups already working to fix this and volunteer your time or other resources.

We’ve now got a kind of momentum going that we haven’t seen since this scandal first began in the 1970s. Many are saying that it seems like we’ve reached a “critical mass” and this scandal is about to be exposed in a big way. Please do all you can do to make it happen as soon as possible. The children of America are waiting.

Thank you!

Small Justice, an award-winning, independent documentary, exposes a lurking national scandal.
Contrary to everything you might think, everything that makes sense, men who beat their wives, sexually abuse their children, and then ask the court for custody, usually get it. It is so counterintuitive,
most people simply do not believe it is possible for a judge to hand over custody of children
to men who beat their wives and sexually abuse their children.
But it is something that happens every day in America, in every state, because the system is broken.

  1. The family legal system in America is fractured and needs a complete overhaul starting at the top. It is and has destroyed the futures of children and the parents left behind. My experiences and research point to the California Family Legal System – it’s the most pathetic of all. It is corrupt and egregiously biased from the top to the so called experts that implement the divorce custody case – then to the courts. They do not consider what is in the best interest of the child – it’s the parent, then the attorney, evaluator, and judge- biases, greed that pulls them in that direction of evil……….When your in a bad custody dispute – people turn into different people. Then to a knife fight and they then usually lie big time. Usually, the bad parent and so on…………..And I found the worse perpetrators of all are the so called experts called evaluators. There not experts, they need to make their boat payments – they don’t know about what is in the best interest of the child (they don’t even know the child), they don’t know the laws and they are
biased. There Con-Artist!! They should not even be allowed in the system. And so many of these Judges are novices on the laws ( bad Laws), no experience in Family Law and they are so………biased they have “B”s stamped on their foreheads. A child should never be taken away from a parent unless some form of abuse is positively evident.
But not for some of the these lame brain excuses I have heard about and experienced. This is unconstitutional!!!!!
Co-parenting should be MANDATORY no “ifs or but’s. Move Aways should be thrown out of the system. They are the most egregious of all to the child and the parent left behind. The damage is irreparable. They need a Task Force
Expert to oversee each custody case. Children thrive with both parents involved in their lives. Sure there are some bad seeds in the bunch, but overall most parents are great parents or they do the best they can with what they have to work with. Just because a mother is a mother does not mean she is the better parent. I’m a woman and I truly had a better relationship with my father. He listened – my mother did not. She was too busy with her Junior leaque, arts abd etc. But I loved her – she was my mom!
Yes, there is truly an epedemic going on in our Family Courts today and needs to change drastically!!!
